Tim Salter (Salty)

Age: 28 Position: Prop Weight: 87KG Nationality: British

Tree climber extraordinaire. Salty helps captain the 3rd XV and has a positive influence on all of his players. He won’t let you down and is great company in the bar as well! If you need a (vibrating) hand, he’s your man.

Peter Singh

Age: 25 Position: Prop Weight: 94KG Nationality: British

The Bouncer from O’s bar is a solid clubman who put in his fair share of away games last season. Manages to control the scrum on the field and then control the Rhino’s in the bar afterwards. So far, Jason Hill is the only Rhino he’s had to eject from the premises. Good effort.

Matt 'Slates' Slater

Age: 32 Position: Second Row Weight: 89KG Nationality: British

As well as being a 2nd XV legend, Slates runs the Club Shop. So if you’re going to a big posh party soon and need some new threads to impress the ladies, he’s the man to see for some top notch Rhino stash.

Phil Starr

Age: 29 Position: Winger Weight: 82KG Nationality: British

A big shiny Starr on the wing for the 2’s. Phil is a mean tackler from ‘up norf’. He’s currently attending the same summer knee rehab school as Jamo and hopefully he’ll be back playing soon.

John Stott

Age: 43 Position: Prop Weight: 88KG Nationality: British

Stotty. Captain of the 3rds and all round good guy. The stottmeister bends over backwards every week to get the 3rd team out and is still turning out himself at the grand old age of 43. He once played prop for the Sultan of Brunei’s rugby team. Which sounds impressive until you think about how many teams play in the desert.

Craig 'AWOL' Sweetlove

Age: 28 Position: Hooker Weight: 93KG Nationality: British

”What the world needs now, is love, Sweetlove”. Longest serving Rhino and the only representative from the now defunct Rhino Colts team. Somehow managed to go AWOL on both the tours to Rugby and Newcastle. Top bloke and highly committed professional. The good money is on him for most improved player this year. Definite 1st XV contender! Two words: commitment.
